By creating an account or using StateAnchor in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
StateAnchor is a developer tool that generates API wrappers, documentation, and MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers from a single YAML definition synced with your GitHub repository. The service is subscription-based with usage tiers.
The service is provided “as-is” and “as-available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use generated code at your own risk and should review all output before deploying to production.
The Service is not a HIPAA-covered entity and does not enter into Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) as part of its standard service. The Service manages API specification files and gate decision records and is not designed to process, store, or transmit Protected Health Information (PHI). Customers who require HIPAA-compliant data handling must contact StateAnchor prior to use to determine suitability.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the courts of California.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. See also our Privacy Policy.
